Preflight a target's toolchain WITHOUT running anything: reports whether it is ready and, for each missing piece, exactly how to fix it -- `probierz setup <target>` for parts probierz owns (Playwright browsers, Appium drivers) or a host install command for the rest (Xcode, Android SDK, simulators, WinAppDriver). Read-only.
